Account and data control
Workers can request account and associated personal-data deletion even if the app is no longer installed.
Start a WhatsApp request from the phone number registered to your WorkerJi account. Tell support that you want the account and associated personal data deleted. Support will verify that you control the account before completing the request.
Request account deletionNever share an OTP, card PIN, or payment password. Identity checks are used only to protect the account from an unauthorised deletion request.
Public name, description and profile details are anonymised. Profile and work photos are removed. Login tokens and worker access are revoked. The phone number is replaced with a non-reversible account hash.
Payment and transaction records required for finance, fraud prevention, or law. Anonymous contact-event records that no longer identify the account. Anonymised security or activity records needed to protect the service.
In WorkerJi, open Settings → Delete account, read the impact, type the confirmation, and submit. The web request above remains available if you cannot access the app.
