1. Eligibility and acceptance
Use WorkerJi only if you are of legal age to enter into an agreement under applicable law. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must be authorised to do so. Do not use the service if you do not accept these terms.
2. Directory service and responsibility for work
WorkerJi lists workers and businesses and enables direct contact. We are not an employer, contractor, booking agent or party to the work agreement. Customers and workers must agree the scope, price, timing, safety and payment directly. Workers are responsible for qualifications, licences, taxes and work quality. A listing, badge or review is not a guarantee of suitability or results.
3. Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate profile and payment information, and manage only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Keep access to your registered phone secure and never share OTPs. Phone verification confirms control of a number, not professional qualifications. Eligible Workforce of India listings may be migrated; owners can claim or request correction or removal of their listing.
4. Profiles, reviews and intellectual property
You are responsible for the content you submit and must have permission to use it. You allow us to store, format, moderate and display it to operate WorkerJi. Reviews and some profile changes require moderation. We may reject or remove misleading, abusive, unlawful or infringing content. WorkerJi branding, software and original materials belong to the company or its licensors; do not copy or resell them without permission.
5. Free listing and paid Premium
Basic listing and customer search are free. Premium is optional and provides the benefits, price and duration shown before purchase. It does not guarantee enquiries, work or income. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Premium activates after payment is verified or an authorised manual activation. A payment screen alone is not proof that access has activated. Prices may change for future purchases.
6. Cancellation and automatic renewals
New one-time Premium purchases do not renew automatically. You may choose not to buy another period. If your account has an existing automatic renewal, including one migrated from Workforce of India, contact support to request cancellation of future renewals. A request does not itself confirm that the payment mandate has stopped; obtain confirmation from support. Cancellation does not by itself refund a completed payment. Deleting your account forfeits remaining access and also requires any active renewal arrangement to be cancelled.
7. Refund policy
As with Workforce of India, free membership lets you assess the service before buying Premium. Premium payments are normally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied or exceptional circumstances occur, contact support through the Contact page with your profile and payment reference. Requests are reviewed individually; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Do not send card details, passwords or OTPs. This policy does not exclude any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, publish false information, harass or discriminate, infringe rights, upload harmful code, harvest phone numbers, scrape or resell directory data, send spam or bypass security. We may restrict access or suspend or remove listings that breach these terms or threaten users or the service.
9. Third-party services and personal data
Razorpay, maps, app stores, telephone networks and WhatsApp have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them when using those services. Our Privacy policy explains WorkerJi data handling. Payments for the actual work agreed with a worker are separate from WorkerJi Premium purchases.
10. Availability and liability
We aim to keep WorkerJi useful and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, the accuracy of user content or a particular work outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or disputes, injury, delay, non-payment or work quality arising between users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content, infringement of another person’s rights or breach of these terms.
12. Ending use and changes
You may stop using WorkerJi or request account deletion. Obligations relating to earlier transactions, lawful record retention and unresolved claims may continue. We may update the service and these terms; the latest version is dated here. If you do not accept updated terms, stop using the service. Paid transactions remain subject to applicable law.
13. Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it. These terms, the Privacy policy and applicable purchase information govern your use of WorkerJi.
14. Questions and complaints
For account, payment, refund, privacy or other concerns, use the WhatsApp support link on the Contact page. Include the relevant profile link and a short explanation. We may verify account ownership before acting. Never disclose an OTP, payment password or card PIN.
